Ms. Maryia Zharylouskaya, MA Ms. Maryia Zharylouskaya is a lecturer at European Humanities University (Lithuania) and Open Society University Network (OSUN) as well as a practising lawyer. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Law at Mkolas Romeris University (Lithuania) and as a researcher specialises in the law of international responsibility, international criminal and human rights law.

She graduated from Belarusian State University with a Bachelor's degree in law (specialisation "Judicial, prosecutorial, investigative activity") in 2012 and a Master's degree in law (specialisation "Legal regulation of foreign economic activity") in 2013. Then she obtained her second Master's degree in law, specialising in "International Law and European Union Law", from EHU in 2022.

From 2011 to 2022 she worked as a in-house and own legal practiced lawyer in Belarus in the field of business law, especially in international trade, corporate and tax law. Taking into account her an extensive practical experience, her courses are based on experiential and practise-oriented approach and aimed to provide opportunity of understanding of the functioning of the system of legal regulation of specific topics and the logic of the practical application of law.

Since 2020 she also has worked as a legal advisor with strong expertise in international human rights and labour law.

She has several book chapters, articles in professional legal journals, and papers presented at international conferences.
